Room to get honest. Space to get curious.

What do you want
your life to feel like?

Drinking can be so woven into our friendships, our weekends, and how we unwind that we rarely stop to ask whether it still feels good to us. This is a space to ask those questions with other women asking them, too.

You don’t have to be ready to quit drinking to join. You’re welcome to come with mixed feelings, questions, and your own goals. We’ll explore what’s working for you, what isn’t, and what you’d like to change.

A deeper look

Get to know yourself
along the way.

We’ll make room for meditation, journaling, sharing, and conversations that go beneath the surface.

The patterns underneath

What are you reaching for when you reach for a drink? What might you need instead?

Your voice. Your choices.

Where do you override what you want to keep someone else happy? What would choosing yourself look like?

A life that feels like yours
